Abortion, Abandonment… Adoption

There are people who definitely find it hard at times to imagine how one person can abandon a child—and even go for abortion—while there are couples who wanted one badly but are unable to have due to health issues and other stuff. However, these issues have been dealt with a solution coming from those who wanted to share themselves to the less fortunate kids: adoption.

The issues in abortion may be legalized in other countries. It is good to say that though this is a situation there are citizens who look at this as awkward. Court records have identified person who have fought for the unborn’s right to live, especially with some giving out wild protest just to be heard—even being killed by others because of their want to be heard. Checking out the issues as what made women commit such an act towards their unborn, it can be noted that they may be either of the following: unplanned and unwanted or lack of financial support.

The reasons behind women committing abortion are the same with why there are those who abandon their child. Declaring a person “abandoned” is when there is no communication with the parent or have let go of their rights towards someone. Many aspects are checked especially psychological to ensure that those who are abandoning their child won’t be a problem in the future.

To solve these issues, there is the solution most individual who wished to have a child, would prefer: adoption. We have heard of Hollywood actors and actresses who have done this and even went halfway round the world to do this. Personalities such as Angelina Jolie, Madonna, even couples Seal and Heidi Klum, have given homes to children who are abandoned, even if they already have their own.

To those who wish to adopt, there are certain background checks done for the assurance that the child will be brought to a better home. Court records are searched for any case that may have included the parents to be like child trafficking and such. The best interest should be in the minds of parents and the institution that keeps the child in its care.

It is a bother to see a child homeless, with the most important element for his or her development, being deprived. More so is the life being sacrificed rather than giving it its chance to live and experience the wonders this world may offer.

There are many court records which have kept cases of adoption. These have stopped other women from going through abortion and have helped abandoned cases have a home; a proof that there is hope in every problem.
